The modernisation of the car industry brought along the employment of motors with a new system. From this derived the increase of the motor spaces' built-innes.
Because of this, with our products we had to adapt to the changed conditions.
We have adapted the incorporating size and aesthetic appearance of our devices to the modern motor spaces.
We still produce devices of 600-800-1200-1800w, however we have decreased the incorporating sizes in a great extent.

Very important!!
The workmanlike installation of the device is very important.
Installation should be made only by such persons (professional, owner) who are fully aware of the function of the given automobile's vacuole. Moreover they are aware of the conditions of the liquid circulation based on the temperature differences!
Satisfaction and success depends on this!
About our device types
We have made more connecting formulas in order to have larger variety and opportunity for the advantageous, professional building-in.
Our devices of 600-800-1200w are of various heights, but all have a manifold of 17mm. This size agrees with the rubber tubing of most automobiles' short water circle.
In case it needs to be connected to another size, a metal "T" manifold should be made and should connect with that.
We recommend the devices to be built-in in vertical position, however in case there is not enough space, it can be built-in horizontally as well. The main idea is that one of the manifolds should always be standing upwards, so that the air cannot be stuck in the device. Naturally, it is always the manifold in the upwards position, the hot branch, that should be connected to the upper vacuole.
The connecting suggestions and possibilities are partly concordant with the procurement guide of our former product line, and can be viewed at our older devices.

We also apply the possibility of the bounding into one tube at the devices of 600-800w.
We produce such devices that have to be located horizontally because we have welded manifolds of 34mm and 38mm at right angles to the horizontal cylindrical body.
These two sizes are concordant with the inner diameters of the rubber tubing systemized in the long vacuole of most of the automobiles' and pick-up trucks'.
Warning!
It can only be built in to such a rubber water tube, where the way of the water is not blocked by thermostat and where it continually rises towards the motor block. Molecular convection happens.
Important!
Air should not enter or arise in the devices during the installation or operation of any device types otherwise its endurance will be short and will go wrong soon.
The heating can be sensed in the upper water tube in five minutes after switch on, however the lower cold branch cannot heat.
This means that the liquid circulation has started up via the device.
In case the cold water branch is heating the device should be switched off immediately because there is an airbubble in the vacuole, or the device has been installed improperly.
The proficiency of the installation should be considered!
Later, naturally the returning branch can also heat, but there should always be 20-30 degrees of difference between the two tubes.
A perfectly installed, fixed device must not go wrong even under continuous operation!!
/Our sample devices have been subjected to a 74 hour continuous operation, during this time we have not experienced any kind of mutation or default!!/
For MTZ- tractors!
Our MTZ heaters are cylinder circulating systems.
True, that it would be easier and less expensive if we did not insist on this.
We produce it in this way in order to avoid the possible impairment of the engine.
On our devices we have a manifold of a diameter of 17mm what should be connected with the manifold placed on the cooling water's bib cock on the other side of the engine by rubber tube. We attach the screw manifold.
By this the heated liquid flows towards crank gear as well and heats the whole cylinder. There is not an excessive temperature difference between the lower and upper water space.
In case of minus 10-20 degrees of outside temperatures the downflow of the hot water must be assured at the start of the engine, otherwise damages can occur (cracks) because the water pump pours the very cold coolant of the lower water space onto the upper, very hot cast iron accessories.
The fixing of our devices is more circumstantial, but it is worth while as we exclude the possibility of any failures.
Our device can also be used without tie, for this the manifold of a diameter of 17mm has to be blinded. Not recommended!
In order to be perfectly dehydratable a drain screw is put on the bottom of the device.
